On Tuesday, February 25, GTVOA gathered its incredible team of General Managers for the annual GM Rally, held at the iconic Loveless Café in Nashville. This much-anticipated event is all about celebrating the hardworking leaders who serve as the backbone of our restaurants across the Greater Tennessee Valley.

Each year, GTVOA brings together General Managers for a day filled with appreciation, fun, and connection—and this year was no exception. Set against the charming backdrop of Loveless Café, the day kicked off with heartfelt speeches from leadership, acknowledging the dedication and impact these managers have on their teams and communities.

From there, the energy only grew, with interactive games, team-building activities, and exciting awards that recognized top performers across the region.
