Our Fries for School Supplies Initiative Raised Over $90k for Local Schools!

This year, the Greater Tennessee Valley McDonald's Owner Operators proudly continued the annual "Fries for School Supplies" initiative, aimed at supporting local students and schools in need.

From August 26-30th, 10% of proceeds from all a la carte Fry sales at local Greater Tennessee area McDonald's were donated back to local schools. This donation is to help teachers get the supplies they need for their classrooms. Since the fundraiser's launch in 2021, local McDonald's restaurants have raised over $337,000 for local schools throughout our community!

. This program not only provided essential materials to students but also strengthened the connection between McDonald's and the communities we serve. The initiative garnered significant community engagement, helping ensure students had the tools they needed to succeed in the classroom!

Gina Wolfe promoted  Fries for School Supplies on WSMV's Today in Nashville segment. In Evansville, Katie Kenworthy and Susan Mann made an appearance on Local Lifestyles on Eyewitness News Today to spread awareness for the initiative! Additionally, Chris McEnaney went on WPKY to connect with local radio listeners on how to support schools with their fry purchases.
